Our EO CLEAR base is primarily grain alcohol and water. The other ingredients are proprietary.
Our Base is PARABEN, PHTHALATE and SULFATE FREE, and HYPOALLERGENIC.
As you can see in the bottle to the left, We added 20 drops of an essential oil blend to our mix, and after an initial shake, the oils dissolved completely, and now we have a perfume to spray.
(In the 2nd bottle, lying down, we added a bit of glitter - This is not recommended, as the glitter does tend to clump up, reacting with the formula, and then clog the atomizer mechanism).
